


Besides the training below, Mr. Factor has spent many hundreds of hours studying and attending conferences and seminars on various aspects of the mediation and arbitration processes. So much so, that in 2006, the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University asked him to become an Adjunct Professor, and he taught the Mediation Clinic class until 2017.
